Shade Tree Commission
Established in 1996, the Shade Tree Commission is comprised of six members including, the Village Administrator, a member of the Village Council and four community volunteers. Each community volunteer serves a term of three (3) years. As a whole, this Commission is authorized to:
- Study, investigate, plan, advise, report and recommend any action, program, plan or legislation pertaining to the care, preservation, trimming, planting or removal of trees in public ways, streets and alleys.
- Attend meetings at the call of the Commission Chairperson.
