Rumpke is the nation’s largest privately owned waste and recycling company. In keeping with their total service policy, Rumpke offers “unlimited” waste removal of normal household waste for residential customers of the Village of Minster. The Recycling Center on Garfield St. is open every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and is run by volunteers from Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and 4-H organizations. We appreciate your recycling drop off during these hours only.

The Village has a Class IV Compost Facility located off of West Seventh Street. This five acre site has been in operation since 1998. While this is a benefit to our community, there are guidelines, set by the Ohio EPA, that must be followed in order to continue this facility.
