Village Administrator Don Harrod explained, “During the reconstruction it was difficult to access many of the businesses along Fourth Street. Hopefully, this event will generate more traffic into this business district.” Harrod continued, “As a way to entice foot traffic on the 13th, local businesses and the village of Minster have donated door prizes totaling over $1,000. To enter the drawing for these door prizes, patrons must have their door prize entry form validated by participating locations along the corridor. Once their card has been fully endorsed they can be entered into the drawing.”

Door prize cards will be available after the dedication ceremony and at the Village Administration Building located at 5 W. Fourth Street. A limited supply will be available at participating locations.
