Village to Celebrate Arbor Day

The Minster Parks & Recreation Department will be celebrating Arbor Day on Friday, April 25th. The event is schedule to begin at 2:00 p.m. at the Four Seasons Park. Local fourth grade children will be on hand to help plant a Flowering Cherry tree. Each child will be given a seedling to commemorate the event.
